Our End of Tenancy Cleaning includes:

  • Team of 2 Professional Technicians.
  • Our own detergents and equipment.

KITCHEN
Wash and polish all work surfaces.
Clean inside and outside all cupboards and drawers. Remove all old food stuffs, carrier bags etc. and dispose of.
Clean sink and taps and remove lime scale and polish where required.
Wall tiles to be degreased, cleaned and polished .

For Free:
Clean oven internally to remove all built up grease as well as clean exterior and polish any external chrome.
Built hobs (gas, electric, ceramic) – wiped
Clean fridge and freezer removing all grime, mildew and food deposits./ Must be empty and defrosted 24 hours before cleaning session/

On Request only(For an extra price)
Extractor fan (Hood) in and out deep clean (no filter change)
Dishwasher interior / exterior – wash, dry, clean filter
Washing machine – powder section, door window, clean filter
Tumble dryer interior / exterior – wash, clean filter
Freezer interior / exterior – deep clean, dry
Cutlery and kitchen utensils – clean, dry, polish
Toaster – clean
Kettle – remove lime scale, clean
Blender – clean
Microwave – clean interior / exterior
Blinds – clean
Drapers – clean

BATHROOM
Shower screen de-scaled, cleaned and polished.
Wall tiles degreased, cleaned and polished.
Bath , basin, taps, shower and fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled, dried and polished.
Toilet to be de-scaled, and brushed clean. Seat to be cleaned.
All soap and shampoo etc. to be removed.
Mirrors to be cleaned and polished.
Floors to be washed and sanitised. If carpet, floor to be vacuumed.

GENERAL
Dusting throughout, including: light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting, spindles and banisters, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surround and radiators.
All light furniture to be moved and carpets to be vacuum cleaned. Dust skirting boards behind furniture.
All other floors to be washed using correct type of cleaning materials.
All glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames etc) to be cleaned with window cleaner.
Windows and windows frames – clean interior surface only
All doors and top of doors to be cleaned. Door handles to be polished.
Drawers and shelves to be cleared of any rubbish (newspapers and magazines etc.)
All wooden furniture to be carefully wiped clear of dust.

BEDROOMS

All bedroom furniture/storage units will be cleaned inside and out.

 

Entrance Hall, Hallway Cleaning

Remove Cobwebs
Clean / polish mirrors
Clean / polish windows internally
Wipe doors and on top of them
Wipe all skirting boards and wood works of dust
Wipe down banister, stairway, and railings
Clean lights switches & lights fittings, plugs, lamp shades, sockets
Clean inside and on top of cupboards and furnishings
Vacuum and mop hard floors

 

We do not clean the walls, ceilings, conservatory roof from inside or outside, roof windows, roof blinds in any case!

We do not clean kitchen appliances unless ordered over the phone/email! We can arrange this upon request for £5 extra per each.

Our End of Tenancy cleaning service doesn’t include cleaning the property’s exterior like gardens, garages, balconies etc.

End of tenancy cleaning requires your property to be completely empty before our stafs moves in to clean it. The reason being it can prevent the professional cleaning and will broke your guarantee.

Cleaning of Wash room, Scullery, Boot rooms, Study room, Box room, etc. is not originally included in our Quotations. We can arrange this upon request for an extra price.

Cleaning of blinds(wooden/metal/plastic, fabric, etc) is not originally included in our Quotations. We can arrange this upon request from £3 extra per blind. You could check blinds cleaning prices here:

We will move furniture to assist us to perform the services, provided  that any items of furniture can easily and safely be moved by one person. We do not move large appliances(such us Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Wardrobes, etc.)
